Dear Parents,

Your children continue to amaze me every day!  This week we finished learning about the flood, Noach and his family and all the animals who were on the ark for a long time.  Noach is ready to go outside because if it dificult to be stuck on the ark with all the animals and he worries all the time about having enough food to feed them.  He completed the first section of the workbook and are ready to begin the second part.  We learned that Noach tried to send a raven, but he didn't want to budge so Noach sent a dove instead who returned with an olive branch in his mouth.

Please have your children review the following words and definitions, followed by opposites:

רשע- bad person

צדיק- good person

חיה טהורה- kosher animal

Opposites:

רשע-טוב

מעט-הרבה

זכר -נקבה

חי -מת

יום-לילה 

Today in school we were visited by YOSEF who told us all about his dreams and what happens at the end of his story!
