Dear Parents,
What an amazing week we have had! We really enjoyed completing Parshat Noach - what a wonderful accomplishment! We reviewed the stories of Noach and the Tower of Babel and made sure that everyone remembers all the facts. I am happy to report that they knew it all! The workbook that we used in school to study the Parsha was sent home. Please ask your children to show you all the wonderful work they did in class inside the workbook. On Shabbat, please take the opportunity to review the Parsha with them. If there are portions which are incomplete, please have your children fill in the missing information.
We are looking forward to beginning Parshat Lech Lecha next week. There will be homework in the workbook for this parsha, so please make sure to check their workbooks and help ensure that they are brought back to school the following day.
Today we spoke about Parashat Hashavua, Shemot. We learned about the midwives who risked their own lives to save other people's children. Our very special visitor today was a Royal Father! His story was very interesting - please ask your children to tell you about it!
Shabbat Shalom,
Rav Yohanan
